However, the rooms are not air-conditioned, so you need to bring mosquito repellant and mosquito net to have good night sleeps. Otherwise, you also can choose to spend the nights at the campground by renting a tent for RM40/night in the area.

How to Go to Endau Rompin National Park

Renting a 4WD car is the best way to go to the Endau Rompin National Park. The national park is about 5 hours from Kuala Lumpur and 3 hours from Johor Bahru. Follow the North to South Expressway and find the Exit 244 or Air Hitam Interchange.

Follow the road signs through Kluang to Kahang and then find the sign to the Peta or Park HQ. For those who have booked a tour of the national park, you should drop the car in Kahang and then get onto the tour’s 4WD to reach the Kampung Peta. If you rent the 4WD transport, you should book it in advance.
