Now, we are expanding and searching for a suitable candidate for the role of Customer Service Agent urgently (2 Person)

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Handle general inquiries from customer
2.  Respond to inbound phone and email from customers
3.  Liaise with internal units to ensure that transactions are settled promptly and accurately
4.  Computer literate (Ms. Office)
5.  Perform any other administrative tasks that may be assigned

Requirements:

1.   Male/Female
2.   Max 27 years old
3.   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
4.   Fresh graduate are welcome
5.   Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Chinese
6.   Pleasant voice tone and pitch
7.   Customer Services experience is an advantage
8.   Applicants must be willing to work in Shifting , will be placed in North Jakarta
