Cebu Airport Terminal 1
Cebu Airport Terminal 1 was first operated in 1990 and was the terminal that handled domestic and international flights. This airport’s Terminal 1 (T1) currently becomes the terminal for all domestic flights in the Philippines and has six boarding gates.
This domestic terminal of Mactan-Cebu International Airport serves flights to various cities in the Philippines, such as Manila, El Nido, Davao, Cagayan, Butuan, Tacloban, and many others.
Facilities and Services
Like all airport terminals, T1 has various facilities and services for the convenience of passengers. Some of them are as follows:

Lounges
In addition, the domestic terminal at this airport also has several lounges. Some of the lounges in T1 include:
- Plaza Premium Lounge
This lounge is at the Arrival Level of T1, behind the Transfer Desk. It is open 24 hours and provides amenities such as drinks, food, premium foods, Wifi, flight monitors, a children’s area, etc.
In addition, there is also a telephone facility for passengers who wish to make local calls. There is free luggage storage in this lounge for passengers who bring a lot of luggage. Additional fees apply to passengers who order shower facilities and liquor/spirits.
The entrance fee to this lounge is around 34 USD per traveler. Children 2 years and under are free of charge
- Heroes’ Lounge
This lounge is a special lounge for members of the Philippine military, such as the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP). Family members from similar institutions are also welcome to enter this lounge on condition that they are together with police/soldiers/retired personnel.
This lounge is open from 7 am – 11 am. Services available in the lobby include snacks, newspapers, flatscreen TVs, and flight monitors.
- PAL Mabuhay Lounge
This lounge is available to the public and is open at the same time as the first departure schedule and closes according to the last departure schedule of the day. Services available in this lounge include food, wine & beer, Wifi, magazines, flatscreen TV, newspapers, etc.
Cebu Airport Terminal 2
The second terminal at Cebu airport is the international terminal. Cebu Airport Terminal 2 is a hub for more than 20 international airlines originating from countries in the Middle East, East Asia, etc.
Since first operating in 2018, T2 has had several levels, such as the Apron level, Arrivals Level and Departure Level.
Facilities and Services
Inside the levels, there are various facilities and services for passengers.
- Charging station
It is available at almost all levels of T2. One, it is in front of the information desk, Apron level. Second, it is at the Arrival Level near Jollibee dine. Third, it is around Gates 4, 5, and 6.
- ATMs
It’s on the Apron level near the Tourist Information counter.
- Clinics
One of them is on the Arrival Level next to the comfort room.
- MCIA Information Desk
It’s on the Arrival Level next to the Tourism Information Desk
- Currency Exchange
One of them is at Arrival Level before Baggage Storage.
- Breastfeeding Station
It’s on Arrival Level Pier A, near the door to International Departures.

- Heroes Lounge
Like the one at T1, this lounge is also only for PNP or AFP members who fly with their families only. This lounge is a non-smoking property and provides standard facilities like those in T1.
- Philippine Airline Mabuhay Lounge
This lounge is also located in the Departure Hall and operates according to the existing departure schedule. Amenities in this lounge include flight monitors, snacks, premium food, wifi, telephones, internet terminals, beer & wine, printers & copiers, and TV.
- Plaza Premium Lounge
This lounge provides comfy chairs, chargers & power plugs, fast WIFI access, premium food, a children’s area, etc. This lounge is open from 2 PM – 2 AM, and the entry fee is around 34.41 USD per traveler.
Inter-terminal Transport
A complimentary shuttle bus that operates 24 hours is available for passengers who want to transfer between Mactan-Cebu International Airport Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 or vice versa.
The shuttle bus departs every 15 minutes. You must get a shuttle coupon through the information counter or arrival transfer desk to use this service
