John F. Kennedy International Airport, also known as JFK Airport, is located in New York City. This is the 6th busiest airport in the United States.

The earliest flight, B6209, leaves for Santo Domingo at 5 AM. It’s better to book a hotel near the airport the night before your flight if you plan to catch it. 

B6409, the final flight, leaves for Santo Domingo at 22:25. If you want to take this flight, be sure the final airport shuttle, train,  or other modes of transportation that take you to the airport are still running.

You must take the Jamaica or Howard Beach AirTrain to those stations in order to connect to that transportation system.
