About Batu Caves

About Bukit Bintang
This area is known as the heart of Kuala Lumpur –this is the area where the twin Petronas Towers are located. The city is busy with its own never-ending activities. If you come to the place, you will see tons of shopping plazas, street vendor hawkers, and many other entertainment elements that will pamper you.

How to Travel in between the Two Spots
Bukit Bintang and Batu Caves aren’t too far. It is around 14 kilometres in between these two spots. The cheapest way to reach Batu Caves from Bukit Bintang is to use the train whose cost is only around 2.6 MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) to 3.2 MYR per person. The trip itself takes around 21 minutes.
A direct train is available from Bukit Bintang to Batu Caves or vice versa. Catch the train at Bank Negara and then get off at Batu Caves Station. The train operates every day and you can catch the service every hour. If you are looking for the fastest way, go with a taxi that will take around 14 minutes in between the areas. It is a bit expensive but it is fast. The fare is between 23.5 MYR and 29 MYR.
