For the rent is still affordable for you. The basic lodge with dorm room bed mostly costs about RM20 per night, whilst a private cabin for two guests commonly costs RM157.50.
How to Get to the Bako National Park?
To reach Bako National Park Malaysia from Kuching, you should travel to Bako village first by taxi (buy the ticket in Kuching Airport taxi counter; RM35). Petra Jaya no.6 bus (cheapest but take longest travel time; RM3) or minibus (a bit faster than the bus but a bit more expensive). Then you can take a boat (RM47 per boat consisting 5 passengers) for about 30 minutes to reach the park headquarters. The Bako National Park entrance fee is RM10.
