ATH comprises two terminals: the Athens Airport terminal – Main Area, which manages the majority of flight traffic, and the Satellite terminal. These terminals are seamlessly connected by an underground link.

In 2019, the south side of main area in Athens Airport terminal underwent expansion, and there are plans for additional extension on its north side in the coming years to accommodate the growing demands of the airport.

It includes two distinct Halls – Hall A for flights from Non-Schengen and Non-European countries, and Hall B for domestic services and flights from Schengen Area countries.
